Shipping policy

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of andriastienda.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

For items that will be shipped to a different address (for gifts, etc.,) please specify the new shipping address in the checkout process.

All orders will be shipped UPS GROUND or USPS (United States Postal Office) unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise shipped via receipt carrier ceases upon delivering the order to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders, with most in-stock items shipping within 24-48 hours of ordering; however some orders may take up to 5-14 days to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
